1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sxi6s ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at sxi6s.ws. By creating an account or continuing to use any part of the sxi6s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the sxi6s platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, jackpot games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

sxi6s reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of sxi6s services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• Each individual may hold only one active sxi6s account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your sxi6s account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
• sxi6s reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill confirming your current address in Bangladesh.

sxi6s will retain your registration data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that document.

3 Eligibility

Use of the sxi6s platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sxi6s operates a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gambling activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of sxi6s or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have previously had a sxi6s account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

sxi6s may at any time request documentary evidence of eligibility. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by the Platform will result in suspension of account access until verification is completed. Where verification confirms ineligibility, the account will be permanently closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned via the original payment method where legally permissible.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sxi6s login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sxi6s will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your sxi6s account and must not reuse the same password across other websites or services.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sxi6s immediately by emailing [email protected] and should change your password without delay.
• sxi6s accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

All activity conducted through your sxi6s account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified sxi6s of a security breach in advance of such activity occurring.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

sxi6s supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Deposits are generally credited to your sxi6s balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. sxi6s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with these Terms. In cases where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. sxi6s reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your sxi6s account may not be used for any purpose other than participating in betting and gaming activities on the platform.

sxi6s does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which sxi6s accepts no liability. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption.

6 Betting Rules

The sxi6s sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. By placing a bet on sxi6s, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement except where sxi6s explicitly offers a cash-out facility on a specific market.
• sxi6s reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data-feed error, or human mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at sxi6s's discretion, including during significant match events such as wickets, goals, or injuries. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change. sxi6s reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum payout for any individual player at any time and without providing a reason.
• Match results will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). Extra time, super overs, and other tie-breaking methods are included in settlement unless the market rules state otherwise.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the sxi6s support team within 30 days of the event settling. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered.

7 Casino Games

The sxi6s casino offers a library of slot games, live dealer games, jackpot games, and crash games provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By participating in any casino game on sxi6s, you accept that the outcome of each game is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology and is entirely independent of previous results.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information panel. sxi6s does not modify RTP settings.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including internet disconnection, game software error, or platform maintenance — the round may be voided and the stake returned to your balance. sxi6s will make reasonable efforts to resolve such incidents fairly, but is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpot games, including Ocean King Jackpot and Captain's Bounty, are governed by additional rules specific to those games. Jackpot prizes are awarded based on the conditions defined within each game and are subject to verification before payment.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface.

Live dealer games streamed from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to those providers' own fair-play standards and procedures. sxi6s does not control the conduct of live dealer games beyond its role as a distribution partner.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

sxi6s offers various bonus and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited at the expiry of the bonus period.
• sxi6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be allowed a reasonable period to complete any remaining wagering requirements.
• One bonus per household, device, or shared IP address applies unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• sxi6s reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — together with any winnings derived from it — from a player's account if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through any form of bonus abuse.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sxi6s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance held therein, and where applicable, reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Opening more than one sxi6s account or registering using false or another person's identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player or live dealer games, including sharing card information in live poker or baccarat.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using sxi6s to process the proceeds of criminal activity. sxi6s complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions.
• Placing bets on any event in which you have privileged inside information not available to the general public, or on events in which you have any form of direct or indirect involvement.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward sxi6s staff or other players.
• Accessing the sxi6s platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account bans.

10 Responsible Gaming

sxi6s is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or as an escape from personal problems.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be enabled to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to open a new account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the sxi6s platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of sxi6s or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sxi6s platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of sxi6s.

Game content, including slot graphics, live studio feeds, and game logic, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is subject to their own intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6s and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sxi6s platform, including but not limited to:

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the sxi6s platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sxi6s's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

sxi6s collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sxi6s will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game content suppliers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data security agreements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the sxi6s platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before closing your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sxi6s accepts no liability for your failure to remain informed of the current version of these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the sxi6s platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. sxi6s operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended operational territory.

In the event of a dispute between you and sxi6s, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. sxi6s will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 working days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the sxi6s support team, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other form of remedy. All communications relating to disputes must be conducted in English and directed to the support email address listed above.
